Recipe: Banana Coconut Peanut Ice Cream



Easy to make vegan ice cream recipe. Perfect for the summer days!

Serves 4


Ingredients: 

1 can of Coconut Milk 
2 or 3 Frozen Banana
1 tbsp Peanut Butter  1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
1 tsp Banana Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional) 
1/4 Agave Syrup or any other sweetener such as Maple Syrup, Stevia etc.  (optional) 
Raspberries as toppings (optional) 

Directions: 

1) Peel a Banana and put it into freezer until it is firm

2) Cut the Frozen Banana into small pieces and combine all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 


3) Put the mixture into a freezer safe container and into the freezer until firm. 


4) Scoop them out into a nice cup once it is firm and top it with frozen or fresh raspberries.
