Recipe: Berries Blast

I just had the best berries smoothie today before my workout. It boosted my energy and I was able to perform my best in my training. Yay!

What you need: 
2 Bananas (You can use frozen banana or fresh ripe banana) 
1 cup of Plant-Based Milk ( I used unsweetened soya milk) 
1/2 Raspberries (Frozen or Fresh)

What to do: 
1) Put all ingredients into the blender
2) Blend away until desired texture
3) Put into glasses and serve.
